What type of leather are your products made of?
All our products are made from Italian vegetable-tanned leather.
Are your products made of genuine leather or eco-leather?
I work exclusively with genuine leather. I do not use eco-leather.
Can the color of the product differ from the photos?
Yes, the color of the product may slightly differ from the photos due to different screen settings on devices.
Does genuine leather have a natural smell?
Yes, my products have a pleasant natural leather scent after production, combined with the aroma of beeswax used to treat each piece.
Do you use natural dyes?
I use eco-friendly, water-based dyes that are safe for both people and the environment.
Are your products handmade or factory-made?
I craft all of my products by hand in a small workshop. In rare cases, I use a laser machine, for example, to personalize our products.
Where are your products made?
My workshop is located in Latvia, a small and beautiful European country.
Is there a logo or branding on the product?
There is no logo on my products.
Do the products come in gift packaging?
We ship our products in a box with our logo. Inside, you’ll find your bracelet wrapped in kraft paper, making it perfect for gifting. Smaller items (keychains, hair clips, etc.) are beautifully packaged in kraft paper.
How should I take care of leather products?
To care for leather products, avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight. Clean gently with a soft cloth and use leather conditioner occasionally to keep the leather supple and beautiful.
Can the product get wet?
Leather products should not get wet. If they do, gently pat them dry with a soft cloth and allow them to air dry naturally.
Can I order the product in a different color?
You can contact me, and I may be able to assist you with a different color.
Do you offer personalization (initials, engraving)?
Some items in our store can be personalized, and you can specify your personalization when purchasing the product. If the item you want to personalize does not have a personalization option, you can contact me, and I will do my best to help you.

We ship our products worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
When placing your order, you can choose a shipping method, and the cost for your country will be displayed.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
I use the standard Latvian Post as well as FedEx to ship my products.

Taxes are included in the shipping cost for customers in the USA. Customers from other countries are responsible for paying any taxes or customs duties upon receiving their package.
Do you ship orders on weekends?
No, we do not ship orders on weekends. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only.
How long does delivery take?
When selecting a shipping method, you will see the estimated delivery time for your country. Please note that during holiday seasons or due to weather conditions, delivery may be delayed, which is beyond my control.
